Shepparton Skin Aesthetics - Appointment Cancellations

We require minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all treatment cancellations or rescheduling.

If you fail to provide this notice, you will be required to pay $50 in order to rebook your appointment.

Your appointment time is set aside just for you, which means we may need to turn other clients away. While we understand that sometimes things happen and we are truly sympathetic, we are small business and can no longer absorb the cost of last-minute cancellations and no shows.

Plasmage and Ultraformer Treatments

*All treatments for Plasmage and Ultraformer services require a $200 deposit to be paid at the time of booking your appointment*

We understand that you may need to alter your booking, and we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice by email or phone during business hours to allow us time to offer that appointment to another client.

The clinic is open Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm. Alterations to appointments or Cancellations may be made via email to or via phone on 03 5822 2393 (Messages via Facebook or Instagram will not be accepted.)

If your appointment is for a Monday we need to be advised on the Friday of any required re-scheduling. Cancellation emails over the weekend do not allow us time to offer your appointment to another client.

Cancellation fees that will apply are:
• Less than 24-hour notice and No Shows will forfeit their Deposit fee

As a courtesy, we send a Text message to confirm the date and time of your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond to this text message if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.

***In special circumstances we may waive the forfeiture of the Deposit fee. Please discuss this with our Practice Manager Belinda Hook.
